Must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound/ inboundcalls and achieveKPI's andtargets.

Highly developed verbal,



telephone and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with both studentsand campus team memberswith a strong customer service focus.

Ability to prioritise, multi-task, share team responsibilities to maintain maximum monitoring level of prompt, and courteous customer service and effectively achieve deadlines.
