IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners who will assess trade mark applications under the Trade Marks Act 1995. No prior experience in IP, trade marks or law is required as full training is provided when you commence.

Examiners conduct research, analyse information, and apply legal tests. You will liaise with customers, IP professionals and the public to ensure robust IP rights. Robust time management, digital literacy and clear communication are essential.
