Freightways is seeking a dedicated Service Desk qualified to join our Australia team, resolving escalated incidents across endpoints, applications, identity and connectivity. Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, you will own incidents and requests, coordinating with infrastructure specialists and providing timely user communication.

The role includes onsite and field support across Allied Express, TIMG, Shred-X/Med-X and VT Freight Express, and you will help develop automation for provisioning
