Belgravia Health and Leisure Group is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager for Newcastle’s iconic facility. Lead the Front of House team to deliver outstanding member and visitor service and ensure all tasks meet our business standards.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will oversee POS, weekly banking, merchandising, and bookings across multiple units, while promoting services to drive growth and enhance the guest experience.
