The Role

As an Estate Litigation & Estate Administration Paralegal, you will play a hands‑on role supporting clients and managing matters from start to finish. You will support a Director and Solicitor.

Your duties will include:

- Managing Estate Litigation and Estate Administration files
- Drafting and preparation of estate / probate administration documents
- Preparation of Court documents and Briefs to Counsel
- Liaising with clients and providing matter updates
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Managing file progression and document management
- Liaising with financial institutions, beneficiaries, and third parties
- Assisting with probate and estate administration processes

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Estates Paralegal
- Experience in both Estate Litigation and Estate Administration is preferred
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team

- Salary $80,000 – $85,000 + Super
- Full-time permanent role
