About the Role We're looking for a confident, polished and commercially driven Store Manager to take ownership of a premium fashion concession in Adelaide's CBD.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll be just as comfortable styling customers and driving sales as you are coaching your team and managing the commercial performance of the business.
You’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional shopping experience, building a loyal clientele and ensuring the concession consistently delivers on its sales and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales, profitability and key performance indicators.




- Deliver exceptional personalised service, styling and clienteling.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Take ownership of daily operations, stock management and inventory control.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Manage budgets, operational costs and commercial performance.
- Coach and mentor team members to build confidence, capability and results.
- Ensure brand standards, policies and procedures are consistently maintained.

About You
You're a natural retail leader who combines a genuine passion for fashion with strong commercial instincts.
You'll ideally bring:

- Proven Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Concession Manager experience.
- A background in premium fashion, designer retail or an upmarket department store workplace.
- Strong commercial acumen, including sales performance, budgeting and P&L; understanding.
- A passion for personalised styling and developing loyal customer relationships.
- The ability to coach, inspire and get the best out of your team.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing daily operations while maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
- A genuine appreciation for fashion, beautiful product and exceptional service.
