At Primus Recruitment, we're representing an established and growing real estate business in Acacia Ridge that is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing an established residential portfolio across Acacia Ridge and surrounds;

Building strong landlord and tenant relationships;

Overseeing maintenance, arrears, renewals and tenancy matters;

Managing escalations and QCAT matters when required; and

Supporting junior team members and working closely with the HPM.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident in managing relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their portfolio.

You'll ideally have:

3+ years' residential Property Management experience;

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License;

Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach;

Confidence managing landlords, tenants and complex tenancy matters; and

A current driver's license and your own reliable personal vehicle.
