We're still early in our journey, but our ambition is big: to change the way Australians think about cleaning and the chemicals they live and work with every day.

And we're looking for a great salesperson to help us get there.

The prospect

We're looking for a confident, driven and personable Sales Executive to help grow klen.co across Sydney.

This isn't a desk-based sales role. You'll be out meeting people, visiting homes and businesses, demonstrating our technology and helping customers discover a completely different way to clean.

We'll support you with inbound leads generated through our marketing activity, but we're equally interested in someone who brings their own relationships, networks and ability to create opportunities.

You'll own the customer journey from the first conversation through to the sale, delivery and initial setup.

It's a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing business.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into demonstrations and sales.
- Running product demonstrations in homes and businesses across Sydney.
- Actively generating new business through your existing networks, referrals and local relationships.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Managing the sales process from initial conversation through to close.




- Delivering equipment and helping customers get started.
- Working closely with our marketing team to improve campaigns and customer engagement.

Who we're looking for

First and foremost, we're looking for a great salesperson who genuinely enjoys working with people.

Someone who

- Loves sales and gets a real buzz from closing a deal.
- Has an established network and the confidence to turn relationships into opportunities.
- Builds rapport quickly and makes people feel comfortable.
- Is proactive, self-motivated and takes ownership.
- Is confident asking for the sale without being pushy.
- Can manage their time and pipeline effectively.
- Enjoys being out on the road rather than behind a desk.
- Connects with our mission of creating healthier, chemical-free environments.

Experience in direct sales, in-home demonstrations, premium consumer products, appliances or health and wellness would be valuable, but the right attitude and ability matter more than the industry you've worked in. You'll also need a valid driver's licence, your own reliable vehicle and flexibility for occasional evening and weekend demonstrations.
