The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this integral leadership role is focused on building upon the robust performance of an established sales team. The position combines sales leadership, coaching and performance management with involvement in significant commercial opportunities, complex tenders and new-market development.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading, coaching and developing the sales team
- Driving revenue performance, pipeline activity and conversion
- Managing sales forecasting, reporting and performance disciplines




- Supporting commercial tenders and major presentations
- Identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners

The Person The successful candidate will bring B2B sales leadership experience, together with a strong understanding of the commercial energy sector. Experience working with C&I; and SME clients will be particularly valuable. It is also essential you possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive and motivate a wide range of business development personnel.
