About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets. We develop innovative AI-powered software solutions that help businesses automate operations, reduce costs, improve productivity and increase profitability.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and digital channels
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers
- Conduct professional software demonstrations and sales presentations
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and closing
- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Manage CRM pipelines, sales forecasts and performance reporting
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Identify new markets and business growth opportunities

About you

- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, AI or technology




- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to sell software solutions to business owners and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales conversion strategies
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Experience selling AI software, healthcare technology or SaaS subscriptions will be highly regarded
