About the role

Sharp EIT Solutions Central West is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bathurst, NSW. This is a part-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing operations. You will be instrumental in helping to drive business development activities, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless communication between our sales team and customers.

This role is essential to maintaining our competitive edge in the market and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation management

- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations and marketing materials

- Managing and maintaining client databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Coordinating client communications and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and strong relationship building

- Supporting the organisation of marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities

- Processing orders, invoices and sales documentation accurately and efficiently

- Gathering market research and competitive intelligence to support marketing initiatives

- Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to appropriate team members

What we're looking for

- Experience or interest in sales, marketing or communication

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar database management tools

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation





- Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Preferably experience or interest in renewable energy / agricultural sector
