About the role

Elite Projex is an established Australian exhibition stand design and build company.

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Sales & Production Coordinator to help drive projects from initial enquiry through to production, installation and completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, manages competing priorities and gets things done without needing to be chased.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare sales proposals, budgets, and costings
- Coordinate designers, suppliers, contractors and production schedules
- Support our account and operations team to drive projects
- Drive project timelines, deadlines and deliverables
- Prepare design briefs, production documentation and event organiser submissions
- Manage client communications and project updates
- Attend and coordinate onsite exhibition installations and dismantles
- Assist with occasional marketing, EDMs and social media

What we are looking for

- Experience in exhibitions, events, stand building, signage or a related industry is a must.
- Proven experience in project coordination, proposals, budgeting and quoting
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Proactive,



resourceful and confident making decisions independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat
- Flexible to attend onsite installations, including occasional weekends, early starts and interstate travel at show bump in times
- You must be able to hit the ground running drive the team and your role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
