Sales Representative – Full Time

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in the solar and battery industry.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, respond to product enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and build strong customer relationships. You will play an key role in supporting our daily sales operations while identifying opportunities to grow our customer base.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, has a proactive attitude and can balance sales activities with accurate administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing quotations, processing orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing sales support.
- Identify potential customers and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing updates and availability.
- Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up with customers to encourage order conversion.




- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries and order-related issues.

Idea Candidate Will Have....

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a sales support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to customer follow-up and sales opportunities.
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using computers, email and Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
