$65,000 - $75,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE $90,000 - $100,000+)

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join the Aus Energy Solar crew in Mount Hawthorn, WA. This is a full-time role with OTE of $90,000 to $100,000+ per year, so if you're ambitious and keen to earn what you're worth, you'll fit right in.

You'll be helping homes and businesses make the switch to solar, building great relationships along the way and driving real growth for a business that's on the move. Renewable energy is booming, and you'll be right in the middle of it, making a real difference while you're at it.

What Your Day Looks Like

? Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)

? Having genuine conversations and understanding what customers need

? Booking quality consultations for our Solar Design Consultants

? Working towards daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced environment

About You

You're confident on the phone and build rapport quickly. You bounce back rapid when someone says no, pick things up quickly and are motivated by targets and earning good money.

We're looking for people with:

- Sales or call centre experience (ideally in a target-driven role)

- A track record of hitting KPIs or targets

- Confidence making outbound calls
- The ability to learn fast and adapt

Bonus points if you have:

- Solar, energy or home improvement experience

- CRM experience
