Their dedicated team delivers quality products and services to clients nationwide, contributing to their established reputation for excellence in the building industry.

They are seeking a Territory & Sales Manager for Northern NSW to manage an established customer base and support continued growth across the region.

This role would suit a personable, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being out on the road, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You'll manage an established portfolio of wholesale, retail trade and independent hardware customers, maintaining regular contact while actively developing recent accounts across your territory.

What The Role Looks Like

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of trade and retail customers across Northern NSW.

- Plan your own call cycle and complete regular customer and store visits.

- Present new products, promotions and samples to customers.

- Build strong relationships with store managers, trade customers and key decision makers.

- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities.

- Provide product advice and demonstrations across silicones, tiling trims, tools and accessories.

- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate customer records and visit notes using the Repsly app.

- Manage your own weekly schedule while working closely with the broader team.

Your Territory The territory extends from Sydney's M4 corridor north to Byron Bay and west as far as Orange, with the majority of customers located along the coast.

Ideally, you'll be based north of the M4, around Seven Hills, Penrith, Kellyville or surrounding suburbs.





Regular travel is required, although visits to Byron Bay are generally only every 3-4 months.

This is a hybrid role, working from home and spending most of your time on the road visiting customers.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within trade, building materials, tiling, bathroom products or a related industry.

- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine, approachable communication style.

- Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working autonomously.

- Experience managing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to plan customer visits and manage follow-ups.

- Commercially minded, with the confidence to identify opportunities, negotiate and close sales.

- Comfortable learning technical product information and presenting products to customers.

- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.

- A team-oriented approach and willingness to work towards shared goals.

- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
