About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, introduce suitable products, and contribute to the growth of the business. This role involves regular customer visits and requires strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

- Promote and sell Japanese and Asian food products

- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on customer requirements

- Achieve sales and new customer acquisition targets

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

- Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing and Operations teams

· Provide regular sales updates and reports to management

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a customer-facing role





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships

- Good communication skills in English and Japanese

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded

· Previous experience in B2B sales

· Experience in the food service, hospitality, retail or wholesale industry
