As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and has the drive to turn opportunities into results.
About the Role
As our Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in helping customers find the right solar and battery solutions for their homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up on new enquiries and potential customers.
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their energy needs.
- Explaining solar and battery products, benefits and available options.
- Preparing and presenting professional quotes and proposals.
- Following up on outstanding quotes and converting leads into sales.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline.
- Working closely with our office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Representing Stellar Solar & Electrical in a professional and friendly manner.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the solar, battery or renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
- A genuine interest in solar, batteries and renewable energy.
Solar industry experience is highly regarded, but a solid sales background and willingness to learn are also valued. Why Join Stellar?
