About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join a high-profile transformation program on an initial 4-month contract. This role will focus on taking approved High-Level Designs (HLDs) and rapidly translating them into detailed, developer-ready solution and technical design artefacts that enable Salesforce development teams to commence delivery.

You will play a critical role in bridging architecture and implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, aligned with enterprise standards, and clearly documented for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate existing High-Level Designs (HLDs), business requirements, and architectural direction.
- Develop detailed Salesforce solution designs, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration designs.
- Define Salesforce object models, automation frameworks, security architecture, integration patterns, and environment strategies.
- Produce developer-ready design artefacts that support build, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Provide architectural leadership and design governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers,



and enterprise architects to ensure solution alignment.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and cyber security requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent enterprise-level Salesforce architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience converting approved High-Level Designs into detailed solution and technical design documentation.
- Extensive Salesforce platform expertise across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Integration frameworks and APIs

- Strong understanding of Salesforce:

- Data Architecture
- Security Model
- User Access Management
- Enterprise Security Controls
- System Administration
- Integration Patterns

- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce security models and user access frameworks.
- Proven ability to produce architecture artefacts that enable development teams to commence delivery with minimal clarification.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

- Detailed Solution Design Documents (DSDs).




- Development-ready technical specifications and architecture artefacts.
- Salesforce data, integration, security, and environment designs.
- Architecture diagrams and implementation guidance.
- Ongoing architecture assurance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
- Design governance support and stakeholder engagement.
