Full-time | On-site Factory & Warehouse Setting

Are you organised, hands-on and enjoy working with products, stock and dispatch operations?

Baresque is seeking a Sampling Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our sampling department within our factory and warehouse facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, stock control, dispatch, organisation and reporting.You will be responsible for ensuring product samples are accurately maintained, professionally presented and dispatched on time while keeping inventory records and stock levels up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, prepare, pack and dispatch customer sample requests
- Maintain sample inventory, stock levels and storage locations
- Place replenishment orders and manage stock availability
- Update inventory records and the Sampling Master spreadsheet
- Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits
- Prepare reports on sample activity and trends
- Receive, lift, move and organise sample stock and materials
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised sampling warehouse area
- Work closely with Marketing and other internal teams




- Identify and implement process improvements

About You

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a factory and warehouse environment
- Confident using Excel and inventory systems
- Reliable, accountable and able to manage priorities
- Physically capable of regular lifting, carrying and handling of sample materials
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done

Experience in sampling, warehousing, stock control, dispatch, inventory management, logistics or order fulfilment will be highly regarded.
