1. 3 to 6 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-End-To Implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding

2. Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
- Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Position Management integration, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
- Should understand Recruiting Posting, Job boards and Social Media platform to make the system design more efficient as per employer branding.
- Valuable understanding of Recruiting processes
- Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization
- Experience with Ad hoc reporting and Story reports
- Ability to work in multiple projects same time
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
