About the Role We are seeking 25 experienced Scaffolders for an upcoming shutdown at Talison. Candidates must have strong scaffolding skills, mining experience and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced shutdown environment.

About You

- Proven scaffolding experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous mining or shutdown experience
- Relevant scaffolding tickets and qualifications
- Solid commitment to safety and site procedures
- Reliable, hardworking and available for the required dates
- Able to complete all onboarding requirements by 21 October 2026

In this role, you will

- Erect,



modify and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Follow site safety procedures and work instructions
- Inspect scaffolding components and equipment
- Work effectively with supervisors and other trades
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet shutdown deadlines
