/n This is a down to earth operation where people are trusted to own their work, and we are looking for a Scheduler to join the team and take on a broad, hands-on role spanning procurement, quoting and supplier coordination./n

/n

Key Responsibilities Include/n

/n /n

- Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects

/n

- Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes

/n

- Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit

/n

- Raising purchase orders for labour and materials

/n

- Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders

/n





- Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback

- Salary up to $120K plus Super

- A close-knit, flat-structured team with no layers of middle management to navigate

- Genuine potential to grow into a more senior position as your experience develops

- Predominantly work from home, with travel to the office only when needed

/n About You/n /n

- Experience in scheduling, procurement or estimating within residential construction

/n

- Confident reviewing quotes and liaising with suppliers and internal teams

/n

- Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

/n

- Comfortable working autonomously in a WFH setup while staying connected to the team
