We require 100 labourers for work at a seafood processing facility in the Proserpine region, QLD.
The work includes processing and packaging of seafood products.
Work will commence during Dec 2026 and be ongoing for 9 months.
Successful candidates will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid under the Seafood Processing Award 2020 and paid at the starting rate of Level 1 $32.18 per hour.
Applicants must be adaptable with working days and be available 6-7 days a week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including Sundays. Workers must be available for early morning starts.
Workers must be hard working and physically fit as you will be required to perform tasks indoors in a cold environment processing and packing seafood. The work may include some heavy lifting and use of machinery.
Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test.
Candidates MUST have work rights in Australia. Only successful applicants will be notified.
