Talent Web is seeking an experienced commercial property professional who enjoys negotiating outcomes, managing relationships and finding ways to make a portfolio work more effectively.

With responsibility across multiple locations, you'll balance ongoing property requirements with longer-term planning. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, resolve property issues and provide explicit recommendations on future commitments.

The role

- Manage lease events, including renewals, reviews and negotiations.
- Assess property costs and identify opportunities to improve value.
- Build productive relationships with landlords, agents and service providers.
- Coordinate property works and oversee external delivery partners.
- Prepare budgets and recommendations to support property decisions.

- Ensure premises continue to meet operational and compliance requirements.

About you You're an experienced property professional with strong commercial leasing knowledge and the confidence to manage competing priorities.

Your background could be in corporate property, occupier advisory or commercial portfolio management. You'll understand how to assess a property decision beyond the rent, communicate clearly with stakeholders and take responsibility for delivery.

Experience managing multiple sites, overseeing expenditure and coordinating property projects will be particularly relevant.
