APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to support a major Federal Government client.

Our client is looking for up to 6 senior-level resources (EL1 equivalent) with strong experience across SQL Server, Db2 z/OS, Db2 Midrange and MongoDB, particularly around upgrades, migrations, performance optimisation and operational support.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong SQL Server, Db2 and MongoDB administration experience
- Database upgrades, migrations, backup & recovery
- Performance tuning and optimisation
- Data integrity, security and availability
- Containerised environment experience highly regarded
- Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
- Experience in Government or large enterprise environments preferred

Requirements

- Australian Citizenship
- Active NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain
- Available to work onsite as required
