As a Senior Dynamics and Power Platform Developer within our Microsoft Applications and Platforms Team, you will design, develop and deliver enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring the ongoing success, performance and evolution of critical products and platforms aligned with strategic roadmaps and business priorities.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to shape, prioritise and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Drive migration, implementation and transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.
- Strengthen system security, performance and reliability through best-practice development and testing.




- Champion emerging technologies and share knowledge to build team capability and innovation

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Demonstrated experience developing and enhancing enterprise applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI and Power Automate, supported by .NET, API integrations, JavaScript and Liquid customisations.
- Strong understanding of up-to-date ICT delivery and operational practices, including DevOps, Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
