The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Senior Estate Planning/Estate Administration Lawyer to join IRDI Legal’s long established Estate team and to work in a supportive environment that offers work/life balance opportunities.

The Role

This prospect will suit a lawyer with experience in Estate Planning/Administration Law who is seeking full-time employment and a long-term career.

You will have exposure to a variety of Wills (including testamentary and complex), Estate Administration, Trust, Property and Commercial law matters and an opportunity to work with sophisticated clients.

Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- significant experience in areas of Wills and Administration Law;
- experience in Trust, Property and Commercial Law;
- demonstrated high level of drafting and analytical skills;
- an ability to build strong working relationships with clients and referrer organisations;




- effective organisational skills in matter management; and
- good technology skills including MS Office proficiency.
