The Opportunity

Reporting to the Exploration Manager, you will play a key role in advancing resource growth and exploration success across the Bullabulling Project and broader MI6 portfolio.

You will be involved in:

· Managing and supervising multi-rig drilling programs.

· Identifying and advancing resource growth opportunities.

· Exploration targeting and project generation.

· Geological interpretation and 3D modelling.

· Resource development and definition drilling.

· Data validation, QA/QC and technical reporting.

· Supporting study workstreams as Bullabulling advances toward production.





This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute directly to company growth and project success.

About You

You will ideally have

· Bachelor or Masters degree in Geology.

· 8+ years' experience across exploration, resource development and/or mining geology.

· Robust technical skills in geological interpretation, modelling and targeting.

· Experience managing drilling programs and contractors.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· A desire to contribute beyond your immediate role and help shape a growing organisation.

Statutory Supervisor qualifications will be highly regarded.

You must be able to obtain:

· National Police Clearance.

· Pre-employment medical.

· Drug and Alcohol clearance.

· Current C Class Drivers Licence.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
