AES is recruiting for a one of our large clients in transport, we are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to provide high-level financial and commercial support to senior leaders. This role will drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning while influencing key stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

- 7-10+ years' experience in corporate finance, including 3-5+ years partnering with senior leaders
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and financial storytelling skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics, or related field
- CPA, CA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent skilled qualification

Desirable:

- Experience within State Government environments
- Knowledge of SAP, TM1, or OneStream
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting and visualisation

Pay: From $221,000.00 per year
