High profile ASX listed property and development business on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to support the Development Finance team due to an internal secondment. This role reports into the Head of Finance of the Division and plays a key role in delivering accurate, insightful management reporting and analysis./n

/nKey Duties /n /n
- Oversee monthly and annual management reporting consolidation (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis)
/n
- Prepare performance commentary on key drivers, trends, and risks
/n
- Assist in producing executive and board‑level reporting packs
/n
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial information across reporting cycles
/n
- Deliver ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as required
/n
- Reconcile capital and cash across the current forecast and five‑year plan
/n
- Support year‑end investor reporting
/n To be considered for this role: /n /n
- You will have 10 years’ experience in financial control, management accounting, or reporting
/n
- Solid expertise in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
/n
- Previous property development finance experience highly regarded.
/n
- Proven ability to deliver commercial insight beyond the numbers
/n
- Advanced financial analysis and variance explanation skills
/n
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and executives
/n
- High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
