/n The Role/n

/n

/n Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a critical finance role, responsible for the preparation of accurate and insightful financial, taxation and management reporting for the business. This includes:/n

/n

/n -fund accounting /n /n

- Monthly management accounting for funds.

/n

- Prepare quarterly financial reporting pack/NAV.

/n

- Prepare BAS.

/n

- Annual statutory reporting and audit.

/n

- Annual tax distribution calculations and income tax returns.

/n

- Annual Fund Budget – preparation of fund expense budget for approval by Board.

/n

- Debt compliance (LVR calculations etc).

/n

- Monthly NPI and capex dashboard for internal mgmt purposes (by asset).

/n

- Business Activity Statements (GST) – consolidated group.





/n -recent fund establishment and on-boarding/n

/n

/n The Person /n

/n /n

/n /n

- CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent).

/n

- Experience in funds management, property, asset management, external audit or a related finance environment.

/n

- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and analytical skills, with a proactive and commercially minded approach.

/n

- Exposure to fund accounting, real estate investments, debt compliance, treasury or transaction-related activities would be highly regarded.

/n

- Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools (e.g. Xero and Sage Intacct) would be highly regarded.
