About us
Established in 1999, Migration Downunder has built a strong reputation as a trusted and respected provider of high-quality, client-focused immigration advice. We help individuals, families and businesses navigate Australia’s complex immigration system with clarity, integrity and exceptional service. Our success is built on deep expertise, ethical practice and a genuine passion for helping our clients achieve their goals.
We are a collaborative and supportive team that values professionalism, work-life balance and a positive culture. We embrace adaptable and hybrid working arrangements, and welcome applications from talented immigration professionals regardless of location within Australia.
Expression of Interest – Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer
We are interested in connecting with experienced Registered Migration Agents or Immigration Lawyers who have a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience in immigration law , including both employer-sponsored and general visa streams, and who are seeking more than just a job. We welcome expressions of interest from practitioners looking for autonomy, flexibility, professional respect, and the opportunity to undertake high-quality work without burnout.
This opportunity will suit confident practitioners who enjoy managing their own matters end-to-end, value exceptional client service, and would like to be part of a collaborative and supportive team that genuinely values work-life balance. You would have the freedom to work within a hybrid model, the support of experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to mentor others and contribute to our continued growth.
We would also be interested in hearing from sole practitioners who are looking to step away from the responsibilities of running their own practice and become part of a supportive, experienced team while continuing to deliver high-quality migration advice.
At Migration Downunder, we hire for capability and values, not postcode. Whether you're based in Sydney, Melbourne, or elsewhere in Australia, you'll be trusted to do your best work in a flexible environment that supports both your career and your life outside work.
While we are not recruiting for a specific immediate vacancy, we are genuinely interested in connecting with talented practitioners who share our values and approach to client service. If we identify the right person, we would be open to exploring an opportunity to join our team.
