The Role

This is a senior position with a split between project delivery and BAU support, where you'll lead customer engagements end-to-end across the full Cisco portfolio. You'll take ownership of network and security deployments — from initial scoping through to customer handover — as well as being an escalation point for support across our customer base.

Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to pre-sales conversations, drive our automation initiatives, and help bring the rest of the team along. We're looking for someone who makes complex things simple and loves to solve problems.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading delivery of network and security projects across the Cisco portfolio, from design to handover.
- Architecting and implementing routing and switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security solutions for customers of varying size and complexity.
- Owning Enject's automation initiatives — building tooling, API integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that solve real problems.
- Using AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot, and others) as a core part of your daily workflow and helping others do the same.
- Contributing to pre-sales — scoping solutions, building BOMs, and supporting proposals.




- Providing BAU support and acting as a senior escalation point for issues across customer environments.
- Engaging with customers at a senior level — running workshops, presenting solutions, and building long-term trust.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years in a network engineering role, with strong exposure to an MSP or Systems Integrator.
- Deep knowledge across routing & switching, wireless, security (including SASE/Zero Trust), and SD-WAN.
- Hands-on Meraki experience across the portfolio.
- Experience leading projects independently including scoping, delivery, documentation, handover.
- Clear communicator — comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You take ownership, work autonomously, and spot problems before they escalate.
- Hands-on experience with automation — Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or similar.

Nice-to-haves:

- CCNP or above (Enterprise, Security, or equivalent) — strongly preferred.
- Cisco DevNet Associate or Professional.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
- Familiarity with Linux.
- Exposure to voice and collaboration platforms including Webex Calling, UCM, or Webex room/device systems.
- Familiarity with AV integration — displays, control systems, or meeting room technology.
- Experience in pre-sales or solution design.
- Exposure to Secure Access or other SASE/SSE platforms.
