$1,000 per day + Super | 12-Month Contract | Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra

We're partnering with a large, complex organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a growing product function.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-scale digital products that support critical business operations. You'll work across business and technology teams to shape product strategy, influence delivery priorities and drive meaningful outcomes in an environment where stakeholder engagement, commercial thinking and product leadership are essential.

This role will suit a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges and has experience delivering value from enterprise SaaS and off-the-shelf platforms rather than bespoke technology solutions.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision, setting strategic direction and managing delivery priorities across a portfolio of enterprise products.

Working closely with Product Owners, delivery squads, vendors and senior stakeholders, you will balance competing priorities, translate business needs into product outcomes and drive delivery within a rapid-paced transformation environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring that product decisions align with organisational objectives while delivering measurable value to end users and stakeholders.

The Role

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Own product priorities and drive outcome-focused delivery.
- Translate business and user needs into product initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, engineers, testers and Product Owners.

- Work with vendors and implementation partners to maximise product value.
- Balance business objectives, customer needs and technology considerations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple business units.
- Guide product decisions through complex and often ambiguous environments.
- Contribute to agile planning, prioritisation and delivery activities.
- Support broader organisational transformation through product-led thinking.

About You

You are a seasoned Product Manager with experience leading enterprise products through complex delivery lifecycles. You are comfortable operating in environments where requirements evolve, priorities compete and stakeholder management is critical to success.

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring:

- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS or COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products.
- Experience working with platforms such as Pega, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development and prioritisation.
- Experience working within vendor-led delivery environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A strong track record navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes.
- Experience working alongside agile delivery teams, engineers, testers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Previous experience within government, financial services or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.

If you're an experienced Product Manager with a background delivering enterprise SaaS products in large and complex environments, we'd love to hear from you. Please apply now and forward an updated resume to email_hidden for a confidential disucssion.
