We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to lead a major enterprise retail technology program in Melbourne./n

/n

/n You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a next-generation Point of Sale and unified commerce platform, acting as the key link between the customer, technology delivery teams and third-party partners./n

/n

/n The program will progress from discovery and solution definition through build, pilot and implementation, giving you ownership across the full delivery lifecycle./n

/n

What you'll be doing/n /n

- Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality and resourcing

/n

- Establish and manage project governance, SteerCos, reporting, RAID and change control

/n

- Coordinate structured discovery, requirements and solution design workshops

/n

- Manage senior customer stakeholders and executive-level communications

/n

- Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones and dependencies

/n

- Coordinate internal technical teams, third-party vendors and implementation partners

/n

- Manage project financials, SOW deliverables and commercial change requests

/n

- Lead delivery through solution definition, build, configuration, UAT and pilot deployment

/n





- Manage risks, issues and escalation pathways

/n

- Coordinate transition into ongoing support following implementation

/n What we're looking for/n /n

- 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs

/n

- Strong end-to-end project or program delivery experience

/n

- Experience delivering customer-facing skilled services or complex technology implementations

/n

- Strong governance, RAID, executive reporting and stakeholder management capability

/n

- Commercial experience managing budgets, SOWs and change requests

/n

- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and multidisciplinary technology teams

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

/n

- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent experience/certification

/n Experience delivering POS, store systems, unified commerce or broader retail technology programs would be highly regarded./n

/n

/n You'll be joining a highly visible program requiring someone who can bring structure to complexity, confidently manage senior stakeholders and maintain strong commercial and delivery discipline throughout.
