Place Kangaroo Point is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its established and high-performing team.

This is an chance for a confident Property Manager who knows their way around a residential portfolio and is ready to take the next step in their career. What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and proactively.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, routine inspections and property-related matters.
- Manage rental arrears, lease renewals and relevant compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and adherence to legislation and company procedures.
- Proactively communicate with landlords and tenants to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the wider Property Management team.
- Where appropriate, provide guidance and support to team members, helping maintain high standards across the department.

- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, managing a residential property portfolio independently.
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and property management compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
- A genuine commitment to building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.
