Property management has its moments. The calls don’t always come at a good time, and there’s usually a curveball or two. It helps to have a good team around you.

We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to join McGrath Surry Hills. You’ll manage your own portfolio, look after landlords and tenants, and have support from our leasing and admin teams.

We’re a professional team, but we like a laugh and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We work hard, help each other out and want people to enjoy being here for the long term.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing a portfolio from the start of a tenancy to the end
- Looking after landlords, tenants and trades
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Organising maintenance and keeping clients in the loop
- Managing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Working with our leasing and admin teams

There’s no leasing or trust accounting in this role.

What you’ll bring





- At least 2–3 years’ residential property management experience
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Good organisation and follow through
- Transparent communication and a calm approach when things get busy
- The ability to build trust and get the small things right
