- Manage the statutory financial reporting process for various entities, including external audits and year-end financial reporting obligations.
- Oversee the Fund’s Defined Benefit plans, working closely with the administrator, actuary and internal stakeholders to ensure effective governance and reporting.

- Support the executive leadership team with ad-hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives; as well as draft Audit Committee and Board papers.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, together with CPA or CA accreditation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting, analyse complex issues, and design robust processes and controls that support financial integrity and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with demonstrated success identifying opportunities to streamline processes, working with ambiguity and enhance financial controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret, analyse and present complex financial data and insights.
- Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across finance, operations and external service providers.

Nice to have but not essential:
