We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer ready to step into Platform Ownership and Solution Architecture.

At Simplicity Loans & Advisory, you'll become the Technical Owner of Hugo, our strategic Salesforce platform, responsible for architecture, technical governance, integrations, vendor oversight, and platform evolution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on while taking the next step into technical leadership and architecture.

What You'll Do

- Own the technical roadmap and architecture of Hugo
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Lead development standards, code quality and platform governance
- Oversee external Salesforce delivery partners
- Mentor and develop internal Salesforce capability
- Drive platform performance, security and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex,



LWC and Flow expertise
- Experience with integrations and solution design
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Technical leadership experience and vendor management capability
- Architecture certifications highly regarded
