The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Application Specialist to support and enhance a complex enterprise application environment spanning SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, custom .NET applications and integration services. This role is ideal for a technical specialist who enjoys solving complex issues, supporting both legacy and up-to-date technologies, and contributing to platform modernisation initiatives.

You will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, improving system performance, supporting business critical applications, and providing technical guidance across collaboration and application platforms.

Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain and support SharePoint Server (2013/2019), SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
- Provide operational support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power Automate Desktop solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and platform issues across SharePoint, .NET and related technologies.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security, capacity and availability, ensuring reliable service delivery.
- Support legacy applications, custom SharePoint solutions and integration services, including migration and modernisation activities.
- Apply platform updates, patches and security improvements while maintaining technical documentation and support procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve incidents, manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.




- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, platform roadmaps and technology transition planning.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience administering SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online environments.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power Automate Desktop.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and enterprise application environments.
- Proven experience in incident, problem and change management within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting legacy .NET applications and custom SharePoint solutions is highly regarded.
- Exposure to BizTalk, Azure integration services, SharePoint migrations, platform decommissioning activities, or government/regulated environments will be highly advantageous.
