The Role Reporting to the Group Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer, the Head of Procurement ANZ is responsible for leading procurement strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing significant direct and indirect spend portfolios while driving sustainable cost savings, supplier performance, governance, and commercial outcomes.

As a key member of the Procurement and Supply Chain leadership team,



this role partners closely with market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver supply chain excellence and support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute the ANZ procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business and supply chain objectives.

Lead category management, sourcing, supplier management and contract governance activities across direct and indirect spend categories.

Drive annual procurement savings targets through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and total cost optimisation programs.

Build, strengthen and manage strategic supplier relationships, creating a partner-of-choice environment while improving supplier performance and innovation outcomes.

Monitor market conditions, industry trends and supply chain risks to identify opportunities, mitigate disruptions and strengthen procurement resilience.

Establish and maintain procurement governance frameworks, policies, systems and standard operating procedures across ANZ.

Lead contract negotiations and work closely with Legal to ensure effective contract management, compliance and risk mitigation.

Deliver procurement analytics, spend insights,



performance reporting and category strategies that support informed business decision-making.

Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support franchisee success.

Champion responsible sourcing practices and ensure procurement activities align with organisational standards and expectations.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing procurement team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience To be successful, you will be an experienced procurement leader with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes, building strategic relationships and leading high-performing teams within a complex multi-national environment.

Proven procurement leadership experience across both direct and indirect categories.

FMCG, food, or QSR industry experience.

Demonstrated success developing and implementing sourcing and category management strategies that deliver measurable business value.

Experience with ERP and source-to-contract systems.

Robust commercial acumen with extensive experience in supplier negotiations and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Proven ability to influence various stakeholders and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
