You will oversee all Operations, Fleet Distribution, and Maintenance and Damage, driving EBITDA growth and strategic direction. In this role you will lead a large multi-site team, cultivate a leadership pipeline, and partner with a global matrix organisation to improve profitability, customer experience, and ESG standards.
