Forward Deployed Engineer | Enterprise AI Software | Sydney

Package: $200-250k base | + 20% bonus + equity + Health

We're working with one of the most exciting Enterprise AI Unicorns in the market, backed by some of the biggest names in venture.

We are looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with major enterprise customers and help bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production.

This is a highly hands-on role sitting at the intersection of engineering, AI and customer delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through integration and optimisation

Build scalable features, MVPs and customer-specific solutions

Develop AI/ML applications using LLMs, voice AI and transcription

Build integrations across APIs and third-party systems

Work across React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python

Partner closely with Product,



Engineering and Customer Success

Own multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines

What they're looking for:

Background in FDE, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Consulting or AI

React + TypeScript + Node.js

Solid hands-on Python

Experience building AI/ML applications

Exposure to LLM prompting, model tuning or voice AI

Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers
