Role: Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: Australia

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, governance, application development, and digital workflow transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture, governance standards, and platform roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and custom portals.
- Design secure enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead solution design reviews, technical workshops, and architecture decisions.
- Mentor technical teams and drive ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-protected development.
