The Rehabilitation In-Reach & Inpatient Service (RIISE) is seeking applications for an experienced Senior Social Worker with expertise in traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI) and chronic disease to join their specialised rehabilitation team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities include

- Deliver independent high level social work clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced social work practitioners and students as delegated.
- Take a leadership role in the monitoring of professional clinical standards and outcomes, service improvement activities, Performance and Development Plans (PDP), quality activities, evidence-based practice, clinical research programs.

Remuneration value up to $159 359 p.a., comprising salary between $128 169 - $137 918 p.a.,



employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
