/nBesides this one, most job adverts are BS./n
/n
/n I’m responsible. They all lie, intentionally or not./n
/n
/n Even the ones that aren’t nonsense stretch the truth, spin everything, because they’re trying to sell you. Funny, that./n
/n
/n Or they ‘think’ they’re selling you, but they’re doing a poor job because the person writing it is clueless about what a C# dev like you wants./n
/n
/n So, how do you know this advert isn’t BS?/n
/n
/n Because it’s not going to spin anything positively./n
/n
/n Everything’s going to try to put you off./n
/n
/n And if, after you’ve read everything bad, you still want to apply, you’ll know it was worth it. /n
/n
/n Let’s start with what it is./n
/n
It’s a Senior C# Full Stack Developer position for a SAAS based product. /n
/nThe team are working longer hours than the Founders want them to./n
/n
/n There’s a huge backlog/feature requests,
that the devs are working on./n
/n
/nThere’s s more set-up/foundation (DevOps) type work that needs to be done so the foundation can be built higher. /n
/n
/nScalability is an issue. /n
/n
But who knows, this type of mandate might stress you out./n
/n
/nDespite the above, the company has a unique offering in a less crowded market./n
/n
/n They've attracted/retained some talented SW Engineers. /n
/n
/nThe Founders have completed several funding rounds and series B is underway. /n
/n
/nThe VCs are confident in them; you might be too. /n Chances are, you’ve seen through our BS. You know we think this company/job is pretty cool. We couldn’t keep that from coming across in this ad.
/n
/n If you agree and would like to find out more, the easiest thing to do is hit the ‘Apply’ button. /n
/n
/n I'll share more about what they’re building when we speak./n
/n
/nCall me Craig 0414 959 608, or email
[email protected]
/n
And we’ll talk about the worst best job you could ever have.
