As a Senior Test Analyst within our ServiceNow team, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, coordinating and executing testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform that supports employees across NSW Health. Working across projects and BAU enhancements, you will analyse business requirements to design and develop manual and automated testing to ensure the stability of the platform.

In this role, you will:

- Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities on approved projects and enhancements for the ServiceNow Platform.
- Analyse business requirements and liaise with Product Owners/Project Managers/Scrum Masters/Test Leads on upcoming work to design and develop manual or automated test cases within the ServiceNow Platform.
- Coordinate and support UAT testing with nominated UAT participants.
- Present at showcases and forums to share expertise and provide updates.

About You





You’ll be someone who

- has demonstrated experience in preparing, executing and leading the testing activities across multiple products within ServiceNow Platform.
- has demonstrated experience in preparing, executing and leading the testing activities for various integrations between large complex systems.
- has demonstrated experience working in agile development workplace.
