1. Technical Skills:
2. Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
3. Hands-on experience testing applications developed using .NET technologies and SQL databases.
4. Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan.

1. Testing Expertise:
2. Proven experience in manual and automated testing.
3. Experience in designing and executing test cases and test plans.
4. Experience with Regression, Browser Compatibility and Device Testing
5. Knowledge of defect tracking and management processes.
6. Soft Skills:
7. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
10. Additional (Desirable) Experience:
11. Experience working in hybrid development environments (Waterfall, Agile and Scrum).

Prior experience in integrating testing with CI/CD processes is a plus.
