Job Summary

A Techno Functional Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.Conduct gap analysis between current and future business processes.Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.Support solution design, process improvements, and system enhancements.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.Track requirement changes and manage requirement traceability.Prepare process flows, business cases,



and functional documentation.Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
