Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Wholesale Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Underwood, Brisbane.

This full-time, office-based position is ideal for an experienced travel professional who is confident managing complex tailor-made itineraries, delivering exceptional service to travel agency partners and working independently in a quick-paced wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, quote and manage complex tailor-made itineraries, private tours and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and overseas suppliers.
- Manage reservations, booking amendments and travel arrangements from enquiry through to departure.
- Provide expert destination advice and creative travel solutions.
- Ensure quotations and bookings are accurate, competitive and delivered within required timeframes.




- Resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support and mentor junior consultants when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in wholesale or tailor-made travel.
- Proven experience preparing detailed itineraries and managing complex travel bookings.
- Strong destination knowledge, particularly in Japan or Africa, will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of bookings and solve problems proactively.
- Proficiency with travel reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience working with travel agents and overseas ground operators is highly desirable.
